Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Zikkago, we strive to ensure that every order meets our customers’ expectations. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how customers can cancel their orders or request a refund.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it for a full refund.

  • Once the food has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Grocery orders may be cancelled only if processing has not begun.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Weekly or monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the start of the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations made mid-cycle will not qualify for refunds of the unused portion, but the subscription can be stopped for subsequent cycles.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted in the following cases:

  1. Payment Failure: Amount deducted but order not confirmed.

  2. Non-Delivery: If Zikkago fails to deliver due to internal issues.

  3. Wrong or Damaged Product: If an incorrect or damaged item is delivered, and proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by unforeseen factors (traffic, weather, festivals, strikes).

  • Food consumed partially or fully before a complaint is raised.

6. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted to contact@zikkago.com with order details.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is initiated.

7. Replacement Policy

Instead of refunds, Zikkago may offer a replacement meal or grocery item if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product quality did not meet expected standards.

8. Disputes

Any refund or cancellation-related disputes will be handled by the Zikkago support team. If unresolved, they will be governed under the laws of Kerala, India.
